Customer Sales Manager - Walmart

Coke Florida is looking for a Customer Sales Manager based out of our Sarasota or St Petersburg location, working Monday - Friday with occasional nights and weekends.

What You Will Do

The Customer Sales Manager is a comprehensive-selling role that reports into the Territory Sales Leader. The main objective is to penetrate the customer at multiple levels reputed company their organization build relationships and grow our mutual businesses through the sell-in of promotional activity, displays, and local marketing programs. Roles And Responsibilities

• Build relationships and sell to Market Manager and store level decision makers
• Communicate effectively with multiple levels of the customers organization
• Collaborate with internal Business Partners (Customer Account Managers, Supply Chain, Sales Execution Team) to support the development of programming that will accelerate incremental business and exceed program objectives; where applicable
• Conduct post promotional analysis measuring the success levels of for your designated customer area and provide feedback to leader on market trends
• Sell-in and implement local, regional, and national marketing programs
• Build frontline engagement with your customer
• Sell in look of success to customer and measure marketplace execution
• Ability to take initiative and manage multiple projects
• Build customer and selling capabilities reputed company field organization

For This Role, You Will Need

• Direct Store Delivery (DSD) and/or Beverage category experience preferred
• Strong communication skills (Listening, Speaking, Writing, Inquiring)
• Strong collaboration skills
• Ability to create and conduct sales presentations
• Analytical thinking (Strategic, Thinking Systematically, Problem Solving)
• Consumer Goods and Beverage Industry knowledge preferred
• Experience influencing effective negotiation and selling with customer
• Change agent who thrives in a fast pace, reputed company changing environment
• Bachelors degree preferred
• 3-5 years in consumer goods industry, preferably in a sales role
• Experience working with reputed company and other syndicated data
• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Must have a driving record with no major moving violations in the last three (3) years*

• Must provide and maintain a personal vehicle for use during employee working hours

• Frequent lifting of 25+ pounds. Occasional lifting of 50+pounds, bending, reaching, kneeling
• Ability to read information in small, reputed company, and large print
• Ability to stand a minimum of 6 hours during the reputed company
• Ability to walk a minimum of 4 miles during the reputed company
