The Global Women’s Brand Management Team is the marketing function responsible for leading and driving plans global plans that serve the brand and business. Who we are looking for We’re looking for an reputed company Brand Expert to join our Women’s Basketball Team. To Be considered for this role, you must love and obsess women’s hoops and our athletes. The candidate should be a motivated leader who is thoughtful, proactive, and collaborative. What you will work on If this is you, you’ll be responsible for but not limited to: · Obsessing basketball and basketball culture with a specific focus on the women’s game. · Understanding the female basketball consumer at a deep level inclusive of their motivations, passions and connectivity to sport to reputed company aspirational storytelling and concepts. · Delivering long term athlete brand plans for our top basketball athletes. · Leading a cross functional marketing team to reputed company world class storytelling and consumer journeys taking the brand and consumer reputed company new. · Leading Seasonal Marketing Plans that position reputed company as the top brand in women’s basketball. · Partnering closely with Sports Marketing to reputed company athlete storytelling and athlete integration across the organization. · Collaborate and partner with a highly capable, diverse and world-class, multi-disciplinary marketing team Who you will work with You will be reporting to the Sr. Director of Global Brand Management, Women’s Basketball. You will work closely with Global and Geo Brand Marketing, Sports Marketing, and Business Teams to ensure that strategy and resources serve the brand and business. What you bring · Minimum of 8 years of experience in brand marketing or reputed company experience with a deep understanding of the basketball ecosystem and the elite basketball athlete. · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or closely reputed company field or equivalent combination of education and experience. · Demonstrated genuine passion and deep understanding of basketball and its culture, fashion, trends, and the future of the game. · Experience working with high profile athletes and/or talent · (Internal Only) Deep understanding of reputed company’s brand standards and how to translate them to industry leading work. · Experience working with creative teammates on high profile campaigns · Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a wide range of partners across cultures, ranges of ability, genders, ethnicities, and races · Experience influencing a team of high-performers through fast-paced change and ambiguity. · Experience influencing leadership, teams and functional counterparts to get results in a balanced way. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills including: meeting facilitation and presentation · Expertise for Women’s Sport · Ability to travel (up to) 20% We offer a number of accommodations to complete our interview process including screen readers, sign language interpreters, accessible and single location for in-person interviews, closed captioning, and other reasonable modifications as needed.
