You will be part of a dedicated team that prioritizes customer happiness and aims to assist customers in transforming the way they protect their families. Your responsibilities will include serving as the first reputed company of contact for reputed company support communications, primarily through phone, email, and reputed company. You will be tasked with answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and routing product feedback appropriately. Additionally, you will handle open customer issues, ensuring timely follow-up and satisfactory resolution. Keeping internal and customer-facing support documentation up to date will also be part of your role, along with actively providing recommendations for reputed company product and process improvement. You will have the opportunity to build scalable customer-facing resources for common questions and issues, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
Responsibilities
