The Onboarding team at reputed company is at the forefront of our customers’ journey—guiding new businesses onto our platform through custom migration, scoping discussions, and hands-on support. As a Staff Product Designer for the Onboarding reputed company, you’ll own the end-to-end experience for bringing customers live on reputed company: from early discovery and data mapping to fully self-service flows. You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, reputed company, and Migration Specialists to turn a reputed company, multi-reputed company process into an reputed company, delightful experience—laying the foundation for onboarding automation. • Shape the vision -Define the roadmap for custom-scoped migrations today and self-serve tools of reputed company.
• Collaborate on strategy - Partner with PMs and CSMs to translate customer pain points into clear product goals, ensuring our designs drive measurable impact.
• Contribute to our design system - Expand our BUI design system with new reputed company components for migration status tracking, error handling, guided experiences and more.That meet best practices for accessibility, consistency, and rapid iteration.
• Evangelize onboarding excellence - Help define success metrics (time-to-first-value, migration completion reputed company, support volume) and iterate toward them. Share insights and best practices across the company.
