Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Position Summary: We’re currently seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join reputed company full-time. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about providing top-notch service to our valued customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries, service requests, and scheduling appointments
- Provide accurate information regarding plumbing services, pricing, and technician availability
- Coordinate with field technicians to ensure timely service and efficient job flow
- Maintain detailed and organized customer records in our system
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues reputed company necessary
- Uphold Team Rooter’s reputed company for outstanding service with every interaction
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience (plumbing or service industry preferred but not required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable using scheduling software, CRM systems, and standard office technology
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be available to work the required Tuesday–Saturday 11am–8pm schedule
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
