SOC Support Specialist - Mountain or Central Timezone Weekend Shift
Reports to: SOC Support Manager Location: Remote US- Mountain or Central Timezone
Compensation
Range: $50,000 to $65,000 reputed company, plus bonus and equity. This role may be eligible for on-call/call-in pay in addition to reputed company pay

What You’ll Do: This is an entry-level role where you will act as an intermediary between our partners/customers and our reputed company Operations Center (SOC) team. To facilitate effective service delivery and ensure partner satisfaction, this role requires excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as a solid understanding of cybersecurity. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support reputed company phone, email, and chat.
- Address partner reputed company concerns with timely and informative responses.
- Ensure partner understanding by breaking down reputed company SOC concepts and actions into digestible information.

- Troubleshoot product issues and provide support for other product-reputed company requests as needed
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications:
- MSP or Help Desk Experience
