Compensation

Hourly pay reputed company is $16.30. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Job Description

Evening Shift- Wednesday - Saturday 5 pm-10 pm or Sunday - Wednesday 5 pm-10 pm This position is responsible for the safe moving, staging, and parking of vehicles. Driving cars through Auction lanes on designated sale days and in compliance with Auction safety rules and regulations. Job Responsibilities:

• Drive vehicles to and from designated areas on Auction premises
• Orient and instruct new drivers regarding their job duties and assist supervisor in assigning and directing the work of employees.
• Communicate with supervisor or manager to assure proper flow of vehicles moved and to their lot location.
• Required to carry a jump reputed company in van at reputed company times. Driver is required to jump vehicles that will not start.
• Organize and maintain the placement of vehicles reputed company the designated zone or move area to the defined standard established by lot operations leadership
• On a daily basis utilize information from the Supervisor and Lot Ops dashboards to reputed company move decisions to stage their assigned zone area.
• Responsible for reputed company improvement efforts relating to safety and efficient movement of vehicles in and out of their assigned zone area
• Move vehicles and stage them in a safe arrangement to their proper work destinations to eliminate multiple drop off points and less than full loads.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required.
• Ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission.
• Constantly required to enter and exit vehicles.
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to walk long distances.
• Regularly required to stand, walk, reputed company, talk and hear.
• Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat and climb.
• Ability to lift 1-15 pounds.
