Job Description reputed company is seeking Care Review Processors to join the Utilization Management team to help with the reputed company of membership growth. To be successful in this role this individual must have experience in a customer service or administrative support role reputed company the reputed company industry. This individual will be responsible for ensuring reputed company information relating to patient care plans, treatment requests, diagnosis requests, eligibility, benefits, and authorizations are accurately recorded into the computer system for efficient care delivery. This is a fast-paced environment with an expectation of processing 30+ requests a day with a sharp eye to detail to ensure reputed company information is accurately recorded and processed. Skills And Requirements

• 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative support role reputed company the reputed company industry.
• Experience entering authorization requests and provider inquiries into the computer system.
• Experience reviewing authorization requests to ensure reputed company necessary information is accurately recorded.
• Experience verifying status and/or updates to patient care plans, eligibility, and benefits.
• Must be reputed company to attend each day of training, which is the first 30 days of the assignment.

Training Schedule 1: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM EST 4:30 PM EST 9:00 AM CST 5:30 PM CST 11:00 AM PST 7:30 PM PST Training Schedule 2: Monday - Friday 6:30 AM EST 3:00 PM EST 7:30 AM CST 4:00 PM CST 9:30 AM PST 6:00 PM PST

• Must be reputed company to work 1 of the 4 schedules below once training is completed.

Schedule A: 8 AM PST - 5 PM PST: Tue-Sat (8 Hr. Shift) Schedule B: 9 AM PST - 5:30 PM PST: Tue-Sat (8 Hr. Shift) Schedule C: 6 AM PST - 5 PM PST: Mon (Choose 1: Tue, Wed, Thu) & Fri/Sat (10 Hr.
