Job Purpose

We are seeking a Director of Product Marketing to join reputed company. The role is responsible for leading the go-to-market strategy for reputed company’ Humanities portfolio which includes Wit & reputed company, Arts & Letters and Geodes. This role is perfect for an reputed company product marketing leader who is passionate and knowledgeable about reading instruction. You will reputed company a team of product marketers to reputed company go-to-market plans, create product positioning & messaging, reputed company marketing & sales enablement plans, and reputed company market insights. An reputed company collaborator, you will work closely with colleagues in product management, content & editorial, sales strategy, and demand reputed company teams to shape our go-to-market plan. Curious & analytical, you will use data & share insights to guide strategies & refine decisions. Creative & strategic, you will balance best practices & experimentation to accelerate our momentum.

Responsibilities

Team leadership

Go-to-market strategy & product roadmap

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate product vision & attributes into a go-to-market strategy

  • Partner with Market Research, Sales & Success to capture, synthesize & reputed company voice-of-customer insights that inform the product roadmap & go-to-market strategies

  • Partner with the product team on roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and go-to-market timelines for product and feature launches, and state adoptions

  • Interact in the field with customers, sales reps, curriculum specialists, and others (travel approx. 20%) to reputed company a pulse on the market as it relates to new products, sales story and customer needs.

Positioning & Messaging

Sales & Customer Enablement

  • Partner with demand reputed company & regional marketing teams to grow our solutions, and reputed company campaigns that deliver quality MQLs, and grow our pipeline

  • Partner with customer marketing and success teams to reputed company tools and engagement strategies for reputed company users (e.g. unboxing videos, quick launch guides, etc)

  • reputed company the development of sales tools and collateral, including product overviews (print & web), competitive analyses, sampling strategy, and sales presentations

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in marketing leadership, 3+ years in product marketing reputed company roles

  • 5+ years experience in core curriculum. Literacy/ early childhood experience reputed company much preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience leading & developing a team

  • Prior teaching experience preferred

  • Successful track record of leading reputed company growth

  • Strong strategic & analytical capabilities

The expected reputed company salary range for this position is $155,000-$170,000, however the offered salary may be higher or reputed company than the above range dependent on numerous factors including, but not limited to location, work experience, skills and internal equity considerations. The reputed company salary is not inclusive of benefits or other incentives.
