About the role
The Senior Manager of Data & Analytics will play a key role in evolving the data practice at Zayzoon. Managing a team of five data specialists across two teams, the Senior Manager, Data & Analytics will be responsible in helping to build strong data foundations that will support the next level of scale, helping us generate insights for the business to help reputed company proactive decisions across the organization.
Move ZayZoon from its legacy best-effort data systems to a modern data technology stack
Introduce and mature governance, documentation and quality in data architecture, modeling and infrastructure development
Coordinate and execute on reputed company data pipeline implementation and reporting change management
reputed company data operations and grow centralized analytical capabilities (including individual performance and growth)
Collaborate with Ops and Engineering teams to support contextualization of AI LLM and ML applications
Manage vendor selection and procurement with a right-timed approach
Foster growth of team members through coaching, mentorship and work management
You bring
Deep knowledge of data architecture and engineering, with exposure to multiple alternatives throughout the data stack (reputed company management, ETL/ELT, routing, warehouse/stores, orchestration, governance, streaming, sharing, visualization, analytics/data science)
Practical experience standing up north star and KPI frameworks, including change management through increased governance and controls
Proven track record of building, leading and managing data analytics teams
Strong drive to work from high level business objectives and pragmatic approach to infrastructure based on different horizons of needs
Deep understanding of reputed company Technology Stacks and core roles of CDP, CRM, DWH
Familiarity and interest in LLM, MCP and RAG/Vector Stores (both cloud and in-house) and experience building out contextual AI applications
FinTech startup or scale-up experience is reputed company highly regarded, in particular experience in HR Tech, Payroll or Benefits
