In this role, you will engage with customers in real-time through our online chat platform, providing prompt and efficient assistance. Your primary objective will be to deliver exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues to enhance the overall customer experience.Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Interact with customers via live chat to answer questions, provide information, and offer assistance regarding our products and services.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, escalating complex cases to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of GhangorCloud's offerings to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and feedback to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and swift resolution of issues.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a live chat support role or customer service environment is preferred.
  • Skills:Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously. Familiarity with live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
