Job description: reputed company-to-Hire Position - JP Morgan Chase Receivable Operations Lockbox Department
Onsite Requirement: 2-5 Days a WeekThis is a long-term, reputed company-to-hire role with JP Morgan Chase, located in their Receivable Operations Lockbox Department. This is not a bank reputed company.Key Responsibilities:
As part of the team, you'll handle various clerical and data entry tasks across the production floor, including:Preparing work for digitization by extracting payments and documents from mailing envelopes.Inputting and validating data into the system, adhering to standard operating procedures and customer-specific instructions.Operating high-volume document scanning machines and ensuring the quality of scanned images.Validating and reconciling electronic records with reputed company documentation.Using judgment to manage routine tasks and escalating non-routine situations to supervisors or managers.Willingness to learn new processes, functions, and equipment across different areas of production.Maintaining site productivity and quality standards.Contributing to both team and individual accuracy and production goals.Ensuring compliance with customer and bank guidelines, including operations, audits, reputed company, and general practices.Lifting and moving mail trays weighing up to 50 lbs.Requirements:Minimum of 7 years of USA residency history.reputed company of U.S. citizenship (e.g., birth certificate, passport, Permanent reputed company Card, Certificate of U.S. Citizenship or Naturalization).Ability to pass a background and credit reputed company.Physical requirements:Sitting up to 95% of the timeStanding up to 10% of the timeWalking up to 10% of the timeAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, reputed company, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
