- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
- Must be able to successfully complete a background reputed company as required by state childcare licensing regulations
- Associate's degree or (60) college credit hours, with (18) of them in a field reputed company to Education, Child Development, Human Services, or Recreation from an approved and accredited institution of higher education, and has two (2) years of supervised teaching experience in a license/approved Early Childhood Program (student teaching may fulfill this requirement)
