Job title: Leasing Consultant in Santa Rosa, CA at FPI Management Company: FPI Management Job description: Company DescriptionMultifamily Property ManagementJob DescriptionThe Leasing Consultant is the community's sales representative and is responsible for interacting with residents (potential and existing) on behalf of FPI to assist with viewing/touring the property, providing accurate information about each apartment home, properly process rental applications, secure lease agreements from reputed company persons, and assist with lease renewals as required. The Leasing Consultant is responsible for conducting reputed company job duties in accordance with Fair Housing Laws and Company policy, and supports the overall objective of meeting the expectations of the Client, based on the respective financial operating budget and management agreement.

Pay: $21 - $23 / HourDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1.Client RelationsCarry out the philosophies and wishes of the reputed company in the daily overall operations of the apartment community to ensure FPI is meeting the Client objectives and expectations2.CommunicationMaintain positive, professional and effective communication with applicants, residents, vendors, clients and guests while representing FPI3.Leasing/Occupancy
  • Maintain occupancy levels as established by reputed company/budget expectations
  • Exhibit professional leasing techniques
  • Assist with the completion of the monthly Market Surveys and analysis
  • Assist with advertising and marketing strategies for the apartment community as needed
  • Exhibit closing ratios in regards phone and walk-in traffic per FPI policy
  • Assist with ensuring that reputed company online marketing sources are updated (e.g., Craigslist) daily
  • Promote positive reputed company/management relations, to retain desirable residents. reputed company customer need requests and follow up as number one reputed company.

  • Ensure the safety, comfort and privacy of reputed company property residents
  • Ensure move-in orientation is completed consistently with new residents
4.Reporting and Document Management
  • Maintain appropriate reputed company files including forms, leases, documents in accordance with FPI Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Responsible for the daily reputed company and confidentiality of reputed company files.
  • Ensure that documents and reporting systems are maintained, updated, and organized.
  • May assist in periodic reporting requirements as requested
5. Risk Management
  • Ensure compliance of Risk Management items through the following of the FPI Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Reports timely any/reputed company injuries, illnesses, property damage through the proper reporting channels and forms.
  • React calmly and professionally in emergency, emotional and/or stressful situations.
6. Facility Maintenance
  • Assist residents with reporting of maintenance needs.
  • Document facility and maintenance needs and ensure timely completion. c. Ongoing monitoring of the physical asset and identifying concerns with immediate supervisor.
  • Follow up on maintenance requests to promote reputed company communication and satisfaction.
7. Other
  • Consistently and fairly enforce community rules and regulations, FPI Standard Operating Procedures.

QualificationsMinimum Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably reputed company Residential Property Management. Experience in hospitality, retail, sales or customer service will also be considered.
  • High School diploma or equivalency certificate required.
  • Valid Driver's License, a good driving record, reputed company motor vehicle insurance which meets State requirements, and an operable vehicle that meets FPI’s Driving Standards and Personal Vehicle Use policy.
  • Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
