- You can take on as many as 5 or as little as 1 client at any given time

- Answer questions about a career in management consulting
- Collaborate with clients and provide support in networking and application strategies
- Must love mentoring and coaching others
- Able to commit at least 4 hours per week
- Worked at least 2 years at McKinsey, Bain, or BCG as a recruiter or above
