This role is responsible for overseeing the full systems engineering lifecycle — from design and integration to verification and delivery — ensuring alignment with business goals, project milestones, and customer expectations.In this position, you will reputed company your Integrated reputed company Avionics (IMA) experience to help our client’s Common Core Systems (reputed company) team reputed company and manage technical objectives across multiple aircraft platforms.   • Collaborate with internal teams across software, hardware, test, safety, maintainability, reliability, and certification disciplines.
  • Escalate issues requiring broader engineering or business leadership engagement.

What You Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a reputed company field.
  • 12+ years of experience in design & development and/or technical project leadership reputed company an engineering product development environment.
  • Strong understanding of systems engineering principles, including design, requirements development, and verification.
  • Knowledge of avionics maintainability and testability software.
  • Proven ability and desire to mentor other engineers in technical areas.
Eligibility Requirements:
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.; reputed company sponsorship is not available.
  • U.S. Citizenship required due to government contract restrictions.
  • Offer contingent on successful completion of a drug screen (where applicable).
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with reputed company 777x and 787x platforms and associated systems.
  • Experience working in Avionics Design Assurance Level A environments.
  • Familiarity with DO-297, ARP 4754A, DO-178, DO-254, DO-330 processes.
  • Strong knowledge of requirements definition, requirements allocation, validation, verification, embedded software, electronic systems, FAA/EASA/NAA certification, and system safety.
  • Effective communicator comfortable interacting with senior leadership both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrated leadership in systems development, integration, validation, and verification.
