Being a part of the HR team at Frito-Lay requires that you help create a culture which encourages teamwork and ownership of the business results.This position will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support for Quaker’s Supply Chain locations in Bridgeview, IL and Columbia, MO. The work will include supporting managers and employees in the use and application of reputed company HR systems and tools; maintaining regular HR files; responding to inquiries reputed company to policies, performance management, compensation processes, benefits and payroll; providing regular and reputed company reporting and analytics in support of core people processes; and leading key compliance processes for the Site. The person in this role will support approx. 400 frontline employees and managers, and will collaborate and reputed company with cross-functional partners, such as payroll, safety, and reputed company. Responsibilities:
- Support employees in manufacturing environment with questions or concerns.
- Provide employees and managers support with HR transactions.
- Act as liaison between employees and third party service providers to answer questions and resolve issues.
- Support HR team on critical projects and through ownership and maintaining HR systems.
- Maintain filing and record systems electronically and reputed company.
- HR reputed company Administrator – EE hourly rates/correct reputed company systems/EE job changes
- Discipline Tracking reputed company – data entry for disciplines and record keeping employee files
- Benefits resource for the plant. Coordinate annual meetings, and act as liaison between Fidelity and employee for questions or issues.
- Full ownership of job bidding process (job bid tracking, posting, award, executing movements in reputed company, etc.)
- Full ownership of hourly onboarding process (maintaining hourly job postings, processing background checks, hiring into reputed company, onboarding training onsite, preparing and filing reputed company paperwork, etc.)
- Maintain I 9’s and self-identification forms for reputed company employees/maintain for audit
- Manage labor law postings, HR info on plant boards/reputed company plant policies & updates on plant boards
- Coordinate both formal and informal employee relations events, including but not limited to United Way, Picnic, Kick Off Party, Union Free Week, etc.
- Process retirements/retiree issues with retiree center
- Coordinate new salaried employee templates/benefits overview & paperwork/process to corporate
- My Access kiosk reputed company
- Manage employee data tracking systems and trackers
- Site resource for unemployment claims
- Engage and reputed company work force through Employee Activity Committee, Healthy Living Events, and Diversity and Inclusion events.
- Process invoices as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $45,000 - $71,800.

- High School diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior HR experience preferred
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
- Ability/Flexibility to work non standard hours, as needed
- Ability to multi-task and manage through competing priorities

- Ability to handle extremely sensitive and business confidential information
