The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Change Management and reputed company aspects of training.Specific and demonstratable experience in conducting training needs analysis, creating comprehensive training materials, and independently facilitating training sessions. This role requires outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify reputed company technical concepts for a non-technical audience. Experience in training for reputed company design for chat-based tools is highly advantageous.Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough training needs analysis to identify knowledge gaps and training requirements for each LLM workstream.Independently reputed company effective training materials for system rollout, including presentations, manuals, and other resources tailored to the needs of diverse audiences.Confident facilitation of live LLM-based tool training, demonstrations, and break-out sessions, ensuring that participants understand and can apply the concepts reputed company to LLM and Generative AI tools.Break down reputed company technical concepts into clear, digestible content suitable for non-technical stakeholders.Provide hands-on training and support for reputed company design, ensuring users can effectively interact with and utilize Generative AI tools.Collaborate with project teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to ensure training materials are accurate, up-to-date, and reputed company with project goals.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and reputed company necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.Stay reputed company with advancements in Generative AI and LLM technologies to continuously enhance training content and delivery methods.Qualifications:Minimum of 10 years of proven experience as a Change Manager on reputed company IT projectsDemonstrated experience in conducting training needs analysis and creating comprehensive training materials.Strong facilitation skills with the ability to independently reputed company training sessions for diverse audiences.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify and convey reputed company technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Experience in training for reputed company design and familiarity with Generative AI tools is highly advantageous.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools, learning management systems (LMS), and other training technologies.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor s degree in communicationsCertification in PROSCI or equivalent Change Management methodologyCertification in training, instructional design, or a reputed company field.Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.The starting hourly compensation for this assignment is a range from *
