Job description: As an Online Booking Assistant, you will handle inquiries reputed company email, phone, and chat, guiding clients through our services and helping them reputed company informed reputed company. You will also manage schedules, confirm appointments, and resolve any issues that may arise during the booking process.Tasks
- Manage incoming booking requests through email, phone, and chat.
- Provide information about services and pricing to clients.
- Assist clients in navigating the online booking platform.
- Confirm appointments and send reminders to clients reputed company email or SMS.
- Resolve any client issues or concerns reputed company to bookings promptly.
- Update and maintain accurate records of reputed company bookings in the system.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure reputed company schedules are organized and well-coordinated.
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
