We're seeking an enthusiastic entry-level People Operations Coordinator with 1 year or less experience to join reputed company.The People Operations Coordinator is key throughout the employee lifecycle by providing critical administrative support and collaborative problem-solving. Support various HR processes, including onboarding, employee culture and engagement, workplace support, offboarding, and employee lifecycle changes.Onboarding:

HR Administration:

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

• Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and events.

Pay Range Disclosurereputed company is committed to fair and reputed company compensation practices. The salary range for this role is ($50,000 - $60,000) per year + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.
