Growing together.Acute / Ambulatory reputed company Cycle Business Analyst will support operational reporting of RCM data for reputed company’s health system partners.You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from reputed company reputed company the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide reputed company cycle management services in reputed company areas of reputed company cycle operations which includes:

• Patient access (scheduling, pre-registration, insurance verification, financial counseling)
• Registration/Admission (ED, inpatient, outpatient, ambulatory)
• Health Information Management (transcription, coding, clinical documentation improvement)
• Patient financial services (charge capture, pre-billing, billing, follow-up, cash posting, account resolution)
• Decision support and analytics
• Productivity and quality management
• Understand key reputed company cycle metrics and performance indicators and provide reporting of operational and financial performance
• Evaluate and interpret data to monitor performance, identify trends and determine root cause issues
• Able to communicate effectively (written and verbal) findings of analyses and audits to support operation and financial decisions
• Understand and represent Optum360 Business Intelligence and services and how they will improve partner operations
• Collaborate with partner reputed company cycle teams to facilitate resolution of process issues and implement world-class solutions
• Serve as a resource for special projects and reputed company analysis assignments
• Effective at working at both a data detail level and a strategic thinking level
• Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Project responsibilities may include:

• Analyzing large data sets and identifying and interpreting patterns and trends in the data
• Evaluating business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and making recommendations to clients
• Managing multiple client-reputed company priorities concurrently and addressing issues accordingly
• Communicating project status regularly with manager
• Writing client reports including summarization of project objectives, approach and results

• 4+ years of work experience in reputed company Cycle Management including patient access or patient finance analysis
• 2+ years of experience with SQL
• 2+ years of experience in acute or ambulatory experience
• Experience in business intelligence visualization tools (Mede/Analytics, Tableau, Qlik, reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
• Intermediate level proficiency with reputed company and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

• Healthcare consulting experience
• Experience with EPIC
• Proficiency with reputed company Word, Visio, and Outlook
• Proven solid analytical and organizational skills
• Demonstrated high degree of self-motivation, versatility, and flexibility
• Proven reputed company and skilled at problem solving
• Proven excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Proven effective presentation skills and ability to facilitate meetings with senior leadership both internally and externally
