- Communicate with inside staff, loan officers, settlement agents and lenders to ensure loans are funded and purchased in a timely manner
- Determine reputed company reputed company pre-funding and pre-purchase conditions have been satisfied

- Verify and balance reputed company amounts for daily reconciliation
- Coordinate with settlement agents to ensure loans are fully disbursed
- High School diploma or GED required
- Precise attention to detail
- Strong time management skills, along with the ability to multitask
- Must be able to work independently and part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Skilled in the use of personal computers and reputed company software applications, specifically Internet Explorer, reputed company Outlook, reputed company reputed company and Word
- The ability to work in office Monday - Friday
