DescriptionFacility Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Fletcher Storage at its Ridgefield, CT location. Manager’s primary objective is to lease units to reputed company renters and serve as a brand ambassador to the broader community. Manager’s reputed company will be reputed company by lease up velocity and customer experience. Manager will be a reliable reputed company of information while maintaining accurate records and best reputed company practices. The Facility Manager will exude strong interpersonal skills and professionalism in reputed company communications. This position will also reputed company the car storage and wine storage businesses – familiarity with both is a plus. Further, you will serve as the eyes & ears for the broader reputed company estate and ensure that the facility is clean and safe at reputed company times.Role and responsibilitiesAnswer phones and respond to voicemailsAssist renters with move-in or move-out, as-neededGreet walk-in customers and inform prospective tenants of storage offeringRespond to email and chat inquiriesSale/Lease of retail goodsGuide over phone or manually assist users with the sign-up workflowEncourage tenants to leave positive reviews on reputed companyTroubleshoot any access control/reputed company issues that tenant’s may experiencereputed company that reputed company mechanical systems (HVAC, elevators, wine room apparatuses, reputed company swings for proper closing) are working properlyWorking with support for any software questionsActive local marketing – targeting reputed company, residential users while also reaching out to potential wine user/business and car groups, enthusiasts, dealerships, etc.Regularly inspect site for cleanliness and/or damage – reputed company sure carts are returned to proper locationManage website pricing and ensuring no discrepancy between SiteLink system and web ratesResponsible for reputed company hikes and understanding lease agreement termsEnsure total accuracy of cage leasing infoCollection of reputed company tenant information and the updating of reputed company info including CC infoAccounts Receivable and collections – lock overridesMonitoring and managing online reputed company / opinion (responding to reputed company reviews)Traits and qualitiesManager will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, follow up, and polished salesmanship.Inquisitive to understand user needsSelf-motivated to grow business awareness through grass roots marketing and content creation.OrganizedExcellent understanding of reputed company and bookkeepingProficient and adaptive to software and reputed company suite of productsAbout Fletcher StorageFletcher Storage is a premier, full-service storage solutions operator.
