Job title: Virtual Lab Coordinator in Parsippany, NJ at reputed company Company: reputed company Job description: OLE DECRIPTION:Global Diagnostics is currently seeking a Virtual Lab Coordinator to assist in management of the Global Digital Cytopathology Service and reputed company Clinical Consultation Service. Responsibilities of this role will include assisting with daily operations of both services, liaising with colleague and contracted pathologists and consultants, and interacting with veterinary customers. The successful candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to build and foster relationships with customers and KOLs, and a passion for service to the veterinary community. • Assist the Virtual Laboratory Managers with daily operations of both the Global Digital Cytopathology Service and reputed company Clinical Consultation Service
• Manage relationships with contract clinical pathologists and consultants
• Coordinate with full-time boarded specialists in both services
• Liaise with members of the global diagnostics customer support, technical support, product management, and IT/Connectivity teams
• Foster positive, collaborative relationships reputed company reputed company and with our customers and KOLs
• Identify and implement service improvements
• Assist with management of agreements, NDAs, reputed company and monthly invoice reconciliation

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree
• A background in the veterinary industry e.g. licensed veterinary technician or veterinary assistant is strongly preferred.
