This individual will report directly to the Head of Advanced Analytics (Community Support and Aircover), and play a pivotal role in supporting strategic business and product initiatives through detailed data analysis, experimentation, statistical modeling, and the development of reporting tools and metrics. The individual will be instrumental in driving decisions across topic areas such as agent tooling, AI assist digital assets and contact channels. The role would partner directly with the head of Product for Community Support.A Typical Day:

• Conduct advanced data analysis and statistical modeling to extract actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.

Your Expertise:

• A quantitative undergraduate degree with a strong preference for candidates holding an MBA or equivalent advanced degree, with 12+ years of industry experience in a Data Science, Analytics, or equivalent role and 8+ years of management experience, with a proven track record of team development.
• Prior experience in data science, product analytics reputed company a marketplace and pricing / monetization products.
• Deep technical expertise in data analysis, experimentation, causal inference, and familiarity with LLMs
• Robust business acumen, strategic thinking skills, and the ability to reputed company informed judgments.
