- High School Graduate/GED
- 3 years of reputed company experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include transmission control protocol/internet protocol (TCP/IP) services or networks experience.
- Basic knowledge of reputed company confidentiality, reputed company, and availability (CIA) Triad Basic knowledge of reputed company information and events management (SIEM) solutions.
- Ability to work with a broad range of reputed company tools and new technologies
- Ability to handle confidential sensitive information with reputed company
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills PC literate, including reputed company Office products
- Analytical and interpretive skills

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Major in information systems or computer science.
- Experience with various operating systems, desktop productivity software, and network topologies.
- Troubleshoot various reputed company incidents across the organization.
- Assist with providing feedback and resolution to mitigate future reputed company shortfalls.
- Assist with detection, monitoring, and resolution of reputed company incidents.
- Administer various IT reputed company tools and applications.
- Assist IT groups and business units as necessary in troubleshooting compatibility issues between reputed company tools and business or productivity programs.
- Assist management in investigating IT or cyber-reputed company events and suggests resolutions.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve IT reputed company processes and procedures.
- Work closely with project managers to meet and complete project milestones accurately and on time.
