We’re looking for a contractor (12-18 months) to help us uncover and hire exceptional talent into technology positions across the business.To foster reputed company collaboration employees work in a hybrid environment with a minimum of three days onsite in our Chicago office. As a contractor, you are expected to adhere to this policy as well.Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the reputed company lifecycle including hiring manager consultation, job postings, proactively sourcing candidates, application review and employment offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to successfully match candidate skillsets to business needs.
• Maintain candidate information in our applicant tracking system.
• Continuously contribute to improving and enhancing the candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Effectively utilize reputed company, our reputed company resources information and applicant tracking system, to ensure a smooth recruitment process and hand-off from reputed company to reputed company.
• Enthusiastically promote reputed company as a great reputed company to work through professional organizations and other promotional efforts, as relevant.
• Creatively find new candidates reputed company social media, proactive searches and other marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of previous reputed company experience in a professional corporate environment, specializing in reputed company and hiring for technical talent positions across entry to senior levels.
• Proven experience in reputed company for technical roles, with a strong understanding of the skills and qualifications required for positions such as software engineers, architects, data scientists, and reputed company engineers.
• Proven sourcing reputed company and the ability to uncover hidden talent, both internally and externally.
• Excellent communication, client service and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a process improvement inclination.
