The schedule is Monday-Friday 10:00-7:00, as well as rotating Saturdays. After the initial training period onsite (several weeks), you will have the option to work a hybrid schedule.Summary: Digital Support Specialist provides service to members of the credit union by opening accounts (phone and online request), monitoring and responding to e-communications (chat, email, secure messaging), and daily management of Mobile Deposits.Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Reviews Mobile Deposits and monitors for “red flags” to mitigate fraud
  • Responds to members’ electronic messages
  • Owns the member experience by recommending credit union products and services to existing members
  • Takes incoming calls from members to assist them with account needs and transactions
  • Opens and maintains accounts

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of industry experience required
  • Bilingual/Spanish-speaking highly preferred
