If you live reputed company commuting distance of Hartford, CT or San Antonio, TX, you will follow a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week in-office (Tues, Wed, Thurs).SCHEDULETraining Program:

• Duration: 11 weeks (apx. end date is 10/17)

Training Hours: Mon-Fri 9:30-6pm EasternREMOTE Post-Training Hours: M-F 11:30am-8pm local time, every other Sunday 9:30-6pm Eastern.HYBRID Post-Training Hours: M-F 9:30-6pm local time, every other Sunday 9:30-6pm Eastern. (in-office Tue, Wed, Thurs).You will have Wednesday off for the weeks you work Sunday.COMPENSATIONThe hourly reputed company for this position is $24.We are a metric driven, pay-for-performance, award-winning sales organization. There is potential to earn lucrative rewards, including monthly, quarterly, and annual pay-outs along with sales incentives and contests. Average monthly earnings are $500+, with top monthly earners exceeding $2000.There is an opportunity to earn up to a 10% shift differential for the schedule, post-training.An additional differential is available for bilingual (Spanish-English), post-certification.QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 + years of recent sales experience and comfort with negotiating and overcoming objections
• reputed company or prior call center experience preferred
• Ability to adapt and reputed company in a fast-paced environment, handling an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day.
• Capability to maintain reputed company state licenses and terminate prior reputed company relationships as applicable.
• Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

CompensationThe listed annualized reputed company pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual reputed company pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The reputed company pay is just one component of reputed company’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition.
