This role involves managing and analyzing costs for data center construction projects, ensuring financial efficiency and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.We are ideally looking for a local candidate. However, we will consider remote candidates who bring exceptional experience and qualifications to the role.Responsibilities:

- Prepare and present detailed cost reports and reputed company updates to project managers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project teams, procurement, and contract management to ensure cost control and planning advice.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in project design and execution.
- Engage and manage third-party quantity surveyors and validate construction cost estimates.
- Update and maintain a repository for historical cost data to inform future projects.
- Define and track cost performance metrics, leading monthly cost reporting and analysis.
- SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in cost engineering, with a focus on data center construction.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or a reputed company field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in cost estimation software, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and a solid understanding of financial forecasting and cost accounting principles.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to reputed company in a client-facing role.
- Good organization skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and be a team player.
