• Be the trusted contact for Regional Manager, Market Manager, & Crop Advisor

• Voice of Customer to Innvictis Marketing & Leadership
• Service and support full Innvictis product line
• Working in conjunction with reputed company Regional and Market managers, reputed company and execute a long-term business plan on an annual basis that optimizes product development and maximizes portfolio profitability.
• Promote and represent the Innvictis brand to reputed company retail and wholesale customers. Deliver marketing execution, brand promotion and positioning at the field level to expand Innvictis sales.
• Working in conjunction with Regional Manager, reputed company and execute volume growth strategies that are reputed company and consistent with overall product objectives. On an ongoing basis, evaluate product pricing to reputed company profit maximization.
• Execute annual portfolio forecast process with reputed company Regional and Market managers.
• Working in conjunction with sales, marketing and Tech Service, aid in product development activities including: specific agronomic research and data reputed company, educational content, marketing programs, materials and brand value development.

Typical EducationBachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or universityRelevant Experience8+ years reputed company experience and/or trainingOther InformationIn-depth knowledge of the Agribusiness products portfolio, manufacturing, product costs, logistics cost, territories, customers, geographies, competitor products and capabilities. Knowledge of the agricultural marketplace, industry, purchasing, and logistics. A comprehensive understanding of sales and marketing functions. Good planning, customer service and communication skills are essential. Is self-motivated and works without direct supervision. Good ability to reputed company and influence others effectively.
