Responsible for ensuring the team conducts regulatory consulting and training for the business to ensure successful business implementation of and adherence to such laws, regulations and guidance. Oversees reputed company required state and federal filings for which team is responsible. Oversees Qualified Health Plan compliance and regulatory functions. Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or other reputed company field And
• 3 years experience in regulatory affairs, risk management, litigation support, health care or health insurance or government relations

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's Degree
• J.D.
• 2 years Management experience in compliance or similar risk management functions
• 2 years health insurance
