The Ideal Candidate

• 1-3 yrs reputed company in phone or face-to-face sales (insurance, banking, auto, or hospitality a plus)
• Goal-oriented closer who loves friendly competition and measures everything
• Active Nevada P&C license—or ability to obtain quickly
• Bilingual Spanish/English welcomed (over one-reputed company of Clark County is Hispanic)
• Tech-savvy (CRM, quote systems, video chat) and comfortable with social selling
