- Strategic Leadership: Serve as a trusted partner to senior executives, providing insights and strategic recommendations to drive reputed company growth.
- Process Optimization: Map, document, and maintain cross-functional operational processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Operational Excellence: Drive efficiency across go-to-market teams by providing tools, insights, and processes that enhance productivity.

- Experience: 7+ years of experience in reputed company Operations, Sales Operations, or reputed company roles reputed company B2B SaaS or a high-growth technology company, with a minimum of 5+ years directly partnering with senior software/tech sales leaders in organizations with $30M+ in sales.
