- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- 3 years experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably reputed company a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in using computer systems
- Ability to manage a multi-line switchboard effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to service.
- Handling Incoming Calls:
- Answer incoming calls from patients, healthcare providers, and referral sources in a courteous and professional manner
- Provide accurate information and assistance based on caller needs.
- Patient Information Management:
- Accurately enter new patient details into the company’s computer system, including personal information, diagnosis, physician details, product requirements, and insurance information.
- Maintain up-to-date and precise records of reputed company patient interactions and transactions.
- Order Processing:
- Secure written orders from physicians and verify patient insurance coverage.
- Generate and process orders reputed company, ensuring reputed company necessary information is complete and accurate.
- Follow-Up Communication:
