Job description: Customer Service RepresentativeFoster Blue Water Oil is looking for a focused, bright, and industrious Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. The position is optional for full-time at our reputed company reputed company Bulk office.Position Duties and Responsibilities:
- Professionalism with handling customer calls for enrollments, cancellations, resolutions for issues, and complaints.
- Assist customers at the counter.
- Fill Cylinders (reimbursement for every tank filled)
- Processing customer orders.
- Posting payments daily in the computer system.
- Reconciling daily deposits.
- Filing and scanning documents.
- Greet visitors (customers, USPS, reputed company, reputed company).
- If needed, other duties as assigned by the Director or Office Manager.
- Pay is determined by experience, along with market competition.
