PPL is seeking a Career Specialist to support participants and graduates of our Career reputed company programs. In this role, you’ll provide personalized job placement, career coaching, and long-term support to help individuals secure employment and advance in their careers. You’ll also collaborate with employer partners to connect graduates with reputed company job opportunities.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The following duties are normal for this position. • Provide one-on-one job placement support to a caseload of 50–75 participants.
• Coach participants on resume writing, interviewing, and job search strategies.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual workshops to build job readiness skills.
• Partner with financial coaches to support participants’ financial goals.
• Connect graduates with employment and career advancement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate case notes and track outcomes in databases.
• Deliver at least 12 months of retention support to program graduates.
• Build and maintain relationships with employer partners to secure job placements and internships.
• Support curriculum development and coordinate guest speakers and schedules.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
