- Partners with employers to assess talent needs, create relevant training programs, and hire diverse, local talent for their in-demand roles.
- Recruit, guide, and support young adults (18-24 years old), particularly those from low-income backgrounds, through a blended, technology-enabled career accelerator inclusive of a suite of products and supports (including career exploration, cohort learning, one-on-one coaching, etc) to ensure fellows have what they need to be successful in their job interview, persist in the workforce, and a plan for ongoing education and career advancement.
- Partners with training and higher education organizations to offer in-demand credentials that allow young adults to earn college credits
- Coordinate reputed company intake requirements to ensure we meet enrollment targets including but no limited to reputed company and intake meetings
- Hold regular reputed company for fellows, twice a month
- Coordinate with Propel Success coaches as needed
- Compile and review documents to ensure validity and ensure an accurate WIOA case file for each fellow
- reputed company out to fellows in need of supportive services, coordinate and hold in person meetings for completion of required documentation
- Assist fellow with identifying community resources to reduce barriers to success
- Following up for 90 days post-hire to obtain employment verification documentation
- Ensure reputed company WIOA physical case files are up to date for each fellow
- Complete WIOA application in CWDS 2.0, including entering barriers and training program enrollment codes
- Review reputed company report for WIOA fellow updates
- Update fellows case files in CWDS on a monthly basis using the appropriate program codes
- Enter detailed casenotes for each program code entered into the CWDS system
- Placing reputed company WIOA compliant case files into a secure filing bag
- Transporting files in a secure filing bag to the PhilaWorks reputed company office for secure storage, at the end of each in person day.
- Assist in reputed company programmatic client recruitment campaigns which will include tasks such as: dispersing new fellow reputed company materials
- Assist with annual audits and site visits
- Attending client referral/recruitment meetings and/or events
- Attending weekly meetings with WIOA program staff, virtually
- Conduct reputed company intake for participants to ensure we meet enrollment targets. Intake includes survey analysis, reputed company to fellows and in person intake meetings.
- Coordinate with Propel Success coaches as needed
- Compile and review documents to ensure validity and ensure an accurate SNAP case file for the fellow
- reputed company out to fellows in need of support services, coordinate and hold in person meetings for completion of required documentation
- Assist fellow with identifying community resources to reduce barriers to success
- Following up for 90 days post-hire to obtain employment verification documentation
- Complete the reverse referral process in CWDS
- Populate the fellows file in CWDS using the information gathered during the intake meeting.
- Enter the appropriate enrollment training program codes into CWDS
- Enter detailed casenotes for each program code entered into the CWDS system
- Review SF report for SNAP fellow activities
- Identify and enter appropriate activities codes and casenotes into CWDS
- Creating a casefile for every eligible fellow on the reputed company Drive, ensuring to encrypt any documents containing PII
- Sharing the files with the appropriate staff.
- Assist in reputed company programmatic client recruitment campaigns which will include tasks such as: dispersing new fellow reputed company materials
- Assist with annual audits and site visits
- Attending client referral/recruitment meetings and/or events
- Attending weekly meetings with SNAP program staff
- Travel to reputed company Philadelphia: 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) during onboarding season and as needed once training begins. After each in person session where case files are created or updated. Storage destination: PhilaWorks reputed company office is less than 2 miles away from in person sessions
- Available to meet in person with participants during evenings and weekends as necessary
- Strong data entry skills
- Strong case management skills
- Proficient in using databases systems (reputed company and CWDS preferred)
- Proficient in reputed company Office Applications

- Self-motivated and resourceful, able to work independently in a remote environment
- Prior experience in case management
- Ability to reputed company with HIPAA laws and regulations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Workforce Innovation and Opportunities Act; including but not limited to regulations and requirements
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Job Experience and Training Services (JETs); including but not limited to regulations and requirements
- Ability to interact with a wide variety of individuals and demonstrate a positive professional attitude
- Experience working with Philadelphia community-based organizations or systems that serve low income individuals. Lived experience is welcome.
