• Develops and designs courses and curricula following instructional design principles and practices.
• Creates web-based training (WBT) courses using Storyline 360.
• Builds comprehensive training materials using reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company Creative reputed company, and AI-based tools.
• Works closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and other stakeholders to assess training needs, define course content, and design realistic/practical learning activities.
• Analyzes, updates, and refines existing courses (both online and instructor-led courses).
• Designs learning activities and evaluation tools reputed company with the defined learning objectives.
• Writes scripts for video and audio content.
• Develops instructor's manuals, rubrics, and other teaching tools.
• Keeps reputed company on best practices in instructional design and e-development.

The pay range for this position is $54,300.00 - $77,500.00 per year, however, the reputed company pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
