- Coordinate the daily management, control and supervision of the working areas of the underground mining operations in accordance with Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) Act & Regulations.
- Ensure the Underground Miners understand written directions regarding mining operations and reputed company with the mining plan and underground designs provided by the Mining Engineers.
- Communicate the underground production strategy for achieving the agreed daily targets of the operation and monitor, manage and review the reputed company with the Underground Miners on an ongoing basis.
- Communicate the business objectives with the operations team to ensure reputed company activities are focused on agreed outcomes.
- Maintain reputed company liaison with Geologists, Surveyors, Mining Engineers and Contractors to ensure mining activity is coordinated reputed company.

- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in the mining industry, preferably underground operations.

- Demonstrated ability to maintain or exceed best industry practice in reputed company mine production tasks.
- Flexibility to adapt to improved procedures and practices.
