Job description: reputed company is seeking a dedicated Joint Use QC Project Specialist responsible for ensuring the successful integration and quality control of joint use agreements and projects for our client covering the Pacific Northwest. This position involves working with OCALC s, Pole Apps, and Work Prints to ensure accurate submittal to pole owners. The Specialist will also be responsible for creating mark-reputed company/redlines, making decisions on reputed company-ready requirements, and ensuring overall project quality and compliance. The role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to reputed company informed decisions on infrastructure projects. This is a fully remote reputed company Coast based role.
Responsibilities:
- reputed company and implement quality control procedures for joint use projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Review OCALC s, Pole Apps, and Work Prints to ensure accuracy and completeness before submission to pole owners.
- reputed company decisions on reputed company-ready requirements based on project specifications and regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of OCALC s, Pole Apps, and Work Prints to pole owners and other relevant stakeholders.
- Create and manage mark-reputed company/redlines on project documents to reflect changes or corrections.
- Process Joint Use applications, maintaining a detailed log of reputed company activities.
- Maintain comprehensive records of reputed company project documentation, including submittals, agreements, inspections, permits, approvals, and correspondence.
- Provide guidance on project requirements and quality control procedures to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Assess and reputed company decisions on reputed company-ready requirements, ensuring reputed company necessary adjustments are identified and implemented.
- Identify potential issues or discrepancies in project documentation and work with relevant teams to resolve them.
- Proficient in reputed company, reputed company s, SiteTracker, and other programs used to monitor reputed company work
- Experience working with OCALC s, Pole Apps, and Work Prints.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage reputed company project requirements.
- Proven experience managing joint use agreements and coordinating reputed company projects.
- Working knowledge of NESC, NEC and OSHA standards
- Knowledge of reputed company Plant Construction techniques (aerial & underground)
