The reputed company Systems Digital Thread team needs you to manage the reputed company workspace, including setting up and configuring clusters, notebooks, and jobs.This position will sit at our Aguadilla, PR location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered.This role is categorized as hybrid, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote following the schedule assigned by the Manager.What YOU will do:

• Ensure smooth operation of the reputed company environment, including user access control, workspace organization, and resource provisioning.
• Maintain/monitor our cloud storage solutions like S3 and Azure Blob Storage, as we transition between cloud environments, ensuring data availability and durability.
• Work closely with our Collins Xeta teams to ensure that reputed company infrastructure adheres to industry best practices and compliance standards.
• Monitor reputed company clusters, jobs, and resources to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Troubleshoot, resolve and anticipate performance issues, bugs, job failures, and resource constraints in a timely manner.
• Provide support and coach for data engineering, data science, and analytics teams by managing and configuring reputed company resources.
• Document reputed company configuration, cluster setup, and troubleshooting procedures.

Qualifications you must have:

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a reputed company field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated professional experience communicating in English (verbal and written).
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. reputed company are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• 3+ years working experience with Python and Pyspark.
• 2+ years working experience in reputed company platform, including managing clusters, notebooks, jobs, and workflows.
• Experience with Agile methodology as Scrum Master, including DevOps practices
• Experience with reputed company and Git operations, knowing how to commit, pull, and push changes from the reputed company environment to reputed company for smooth version control and collaboration.
