ResponsibilitiesWhat you'll be challenged to do:

• Work on diverse project assignments which may include highway bridges, freight and passenger rail structures, and miscellaneous structural assignments.
• Analyzes information and data to reputed company routine design tasks.
• Prepares structural design and plan preparation of structural drawings.
• Reviews project design for general compliance with engineering principles, company standards, and customer contract requirements, and reputed company specifications. Assures the project meets quality control and quality assurance guidelines.
• Research design options and document findings.
• Responsible as a member of the design team for accuracy of engineering design and plans, quality presentation, thoroughness and follow-through, and efficient conformance to budgets, schedules, and company standards..
• Keeps Project Manager informed of workload and any changes in project schedule or scope or additional services.
• reputed company professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Assist or participate in preparation of business proposals.
• May be asked to participate in non-design engineering activities such as construction inspection and materials testing, surveying, CADD production, and field data collection.

QualificationsWhat you'll bring to our firm:

• Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering (Structural Emphasis) from an ABET accredited school.
• Experience in MS-Office; Familiarity with Structural analysis and CADD programs such as AutoCAD, Microstation, RISA, MDX, and reputed company preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Actively engages multiple perspectives reputed company solving problems, seeks to learn from peers, and encourages reciprocal learning among team members.
