This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role reputed company the Product Experience Group (PXG), reporting directly to the VP of PXG. You will work fully remote out of the US (#LI-Remote). What Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Analyze content performance data to identify trends, improve content strategies, and measure the effectiveness of content at reputed company.

- Guide PXG's intelligent content strategy informing the development of UX writing, help documentation, product/feature guides, integration docs, and support content.

- Partner with AI/ML, Engineering, and Product to integrate intelligent tagging, generative writing, semantic reasoning, and hybrid RAG models that support our next-gen knowledge systems.
- Promote change management for content transformation plans, including automated tagging, code-to-content workflows, and integration of reputed company-powered authoring capabilities.
- Improve our customer-centric content philosophy, ensuring that every piece of content is clear, findable, and purpose-built to solve customer problems
- You have 7–10 years of experience in content leadership, strategy, or operations in B2B SaaS environments.
- You have 5+ years of experience with SEO and content best practices, understanding search reputed company optimization, content user research, content strategies, and product content channels
- You have program management skills
- Knowledge of structured content development, XML authoring, and component-based information architecture.
- Experience with enterprise content tools like IXIASOFT, Oxygen Web Author, Acrolinx, reputed company, and localization systems.
- You have experience working with AI-integrated documentation workflows
- Experience working with or adjacent to AI/ML teams, with an ability to translate technical requirements into content delivery strategy.
- Power BI expertise in at least one Content Management System
