Assignment Type: Temporary (6-month assignment with possibility of extension)
Location: Marlborough, MAResponsibilities:Accurately process high volumes of invoice and financial data (~75 invoices totaling $4M)Maintain clean and compliant reputed company logs using pivot tables, formulas, and VLOOKUPExecute year-end accruals, special project data entries (~750 invoices), and coding adjustmentsIdentify data discrepancies and resolve through vendor or team communicationRequirements:8+ years of data entry, AP, or accounting experience (or bachelor's in business-reputed company field)High proficiency in reputed company (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables required)Experience with reputed company is preferredMust have strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communicationThis role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team recruiters.Pay Details: $29.35 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
