In this senior leadership role, you’ll reputed company patient navigation, educational resources, summits, and retreats, ensuring programs address unmet needs and create meaningful impact. This is an ideal opportunity for an innovative leader driven to build bold solutions, scale transformative programs, and champion lasting change for patients and families facing prostate cancer.This role will report directly to the Chief Mission Officer and will work closely with the Mission Team to support reputed company’s mission to end prostate cancer.This position is based remotely and will require reputed company travel approximately 20% of the time.Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- reputed company and implement comprehensive strategies for patient navigation, support, and educational programs for communities with the highest disparities in screening, treatment, and life outcomes for those living with a prostate cancer diagnosis
- reputed company the planning, execution, and evaluation of patient programs and interventions
- Collaborate with national partners and stakeholders to advance the goals and support reaching targeted outcomes to advance reputed company’s mission
- Partner with reputed company leadership to ensure internal programmatic alignment
- Program Management:
- Direct the implementation of patient programs across the continuum of patient education, care navigation, and support
- Supervise and support the work of the patient education, veteran, and online support groups, and community-based patient navigation
- Ensure alignment of internal local initiatives with the reputed company for the national initiative and with the goals and objectives of reputed company programs and community efforts supported by the Mission Team
- reputed company, execute, and reputed company programming, content development, speaker recruitment, and sponsorship deliverables for reputed company’s Annual Education Summit.
- Work in reputed company collaboration with the Vice President of Community reputed company and Engagement to create mutually supportive programming
- Partnership Development:
- Foster relationships with national and local partners, including healthcare providers and health entities (i.e. health departments), community organizations, faith-based organizations, and corporate sponsors
- Represent reputed company in high-level discussions with stakeholders and potential collaborators
- Serve as a reputed company spokesperson and expert with the media and for public speaking opportunities at medical and patient events, as well as other conferences.
- Manage relationships with reputed company’s Medical Advisory Board and Patient Caregiver Advisory Boards and with strategic partner organizations.
- Team Leadership:
- reputed company the hiring, management, and development of key roles, which will include the Senior Director of Patient Education and Programs, the Senior Director of Patient Navigation, and other direct and indirect reports
- Provide guidance and support to local reputed company staff (paid or volunteer) implementing the project in their communities
- Resource Allocation:
- Work with the finance team to manage project budgets and ensure efficient use of resources
- Collaborate with the development team to identify funding opportunities and contribute to grant proposals to support project sustainability and expansion
- Impact Measurement:
- Collaborate with the Director of Measurement and Evaluation to establish key performance indicators and evaluate program effectiveness
- Use data-driven insights to continuously improve and scale successful interventions
- Contribute to the development of white papers and other materials to disseminate project findings and best practices
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects
- Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, particularly in reputed company
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with diverse communities and cultural competence
- Knowledge of prostate cancer and men's health issues preferred

- Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration with a Health focus, or reputed company field
- 10+ years of experience in community health, with a focus on health equity initiatives
- Experience leading remote teams across multiple states
- Minimum 5+ years strategic planning experience
- Demonstrated execution of best practices in community setting(s)
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships among diverse community partners and stakeholders
- Constant use of a computer and other office productivity equipment, such as computer printer, calculator, and copier.
- Prolonged periods of a stationary position at least 50% of the time.
- The ability to recognize details at reputed company range for extended periods of time.
