In this role, you'll work remotely from New Mexico or Arizona, overseeing projects; including oversite of construction, project reputed company, budget management and resource allocation; and visit the sites on a regular basis. This is a full time, direct hire, remote/hybrid role in NM or AZ!What They Offer:

What You Will Be Doing:

• Project Management: reputed company reputed company construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
• Safety & Compliance: reputed company safety efforts and enforce high standards for workplace safety.
• Budget & Scheduling: reputed company and maintain project schedules, manage costs, and ensure projects remain financially on track
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor Superintendents, Project Coordinators, and subcontractors, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between clients, and subcontractors, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.
• Site Visits & Travel: Travel regularly to project sites across Arizona and New Mexico, with occasional overnight stays as needed.

What You Will Need:

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management
• 2+ years of experience managing commercial reputed company construction projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and subcontractors.
