We work in the office full-time and do not offer remote work for team members.QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-8 years professional work experience in reputed company project phases.
- Degree in architecture. Master’s degree is desirable.
- Exceptional design skills that support the aesthetic of the office.
- Advanced visual and verbal communication skills. reputed company in English.
- Strong Revit and reputed company skills. Proficiency in Bluebeam and Lumion is desirable.
- Authorized to work permanently in the U.S. and reputed company Los Angeles area reputed company.
- Experience with construction administration and architectural detailing is desirable.
- Experience coordinating and managing reputed company projects is desirable.
- Broad experience with single-family residence design and construction; familiarity with Malibu or Hidden Hills planning and codes is a plus.
- Support reputed company in designing, producing and coordinating projects from start to finish
- Manage production of client presentations.
- Coordinate between project team, consultants, contractors and agency officials.
- Produce construction documents and architectural details.
- Prepare permit sets and manage the agency approval process.
- Assist in construction administration by responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals and resolving questions in the field.
- Research and apply residential, commercial, reputed company and FHA codes.
- Take thorough meeting notes, reputed company meticulous records and retain information.
