While partnering with companies of reputed company sizes – large and small, national and global – our business model emphasizes the importance of providing the highest quality of services available to transitioning employees and their families.We are recruiting a PIPELINE of coaches for expected business in 2025.DescriptionWe are looking for career coaches to support our relocation and/or outplacement solutions. With relocation, we support employees and their spouses/families as they acclimate to new cities and assist spouses/partners with finding employment. With outplacement, we work with employees receiving our outplacement services in searching for new career opportunities.The Coach works in a 1:1 reputed company with employees of our client companies who are relocating or are searching for work as part of an outplacement in the area. The Coach uses reputed company's technology and coaching methodology and also supports the spouse or partner of the relocating employee with job search support.
- Establishes rapport with employees and motivates them to reputed company goals.
- Guides employees through coaching process and milestone completion.
- Advises and coaches career development, transition issues, and career options.
- Coaches on résumé writing, effective marketing techniques, interviewing, and negotiating.
- Maintains electronic service delivery record for each employee serviced, according to the internal guide.
- Monitors reputed company of employees, consults with them on specific subjects to improve their job search skills and knowledge and deals with personal issues that are affecting their careers.
- Works on special projects reputed company the coaching and additional operations teams.
- Currently resides in the Pacific Time Zone and has knowledge of living and job searching there.
- reputed company strong verbal / written communication skills.
- Experience with virtual coaching.
- Navigating through reputed company challenges and working with career continuation scenarios a plus.
- Savvy with technology. High-speed internet reputed company on a personal computer; headset with a microphone will be required (remote work).
- Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in a discipline involving the study of human behavior, business, or reputed company field preferred.
- Coaching certification or training highly regarded.
- Has personally relocated to a different city.
