  • Help the team hit their reputed company and sales efficiency metrics to ensure Hearth scales rapidly and reputed company
  • Guide a team of 8-12 sales professionals to reputed company and exceed targets
  • Build a world-class solutions driven high volume sales team by investing in and developing the team

Compensation:Salary is one part of Hearth's competitive package. OTE consists of reputed company salary plus a variable reputed company for sales roles. The reputed company for this role ranges from $70,000-$87,500, the variable reputed company is between $70,000-$87,500, and total cash OTE compensation can be expected to be between $140,000-$175,000.The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in compliance with reputed company local/state regulations. The expected compensation range for this position is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, and prior work experience.
